Conditional auto-reply?

Does CF7 provide a means for allowing users to choose whether they want an email receipt after filling out a form, for example by selecting a checkbox? I imagine that would involve letting the checkbox enable the Mail (2) settings, but I don’t see a way of having one control the other.
