Condition to set as spam when all check boxes are checked

I am using the following code in my contact form 7:

How do I configure the “Conditional Fields” so that when all check boxes are checked, the email should be marked as spam? Is there any other way I can set this condition? I have been getting lots of spam messages, despite the captcha.
