Condition, Min, Max, Cost?

  • Hey everyone,

    I am having trouble understanding what it means by condition, min, max, and cost?

    I am adding a zone for the UK for example.
    Shipping condition only shows weight and price($). On the screenshot I see that it has a British pound.

    1) How do I change currency?
    2) What does Condition, min, max, and cost mean? The question marks don’t help that much. Cost I’m willing to pay? Cost of customer? Min and max of what?
    3) I enabled this shipping method and it doesn’t seem to show up.
