Condition doesn’t work, no products are shown with condition

• Below link is to show you that using the “include products” methods are working fine if not using the condition field. Therefore it is the “Condition” part that is not working at all.

In both cases, whichever conditions you use for the collection, you are required to specify an object for this line: https://prnt.sc/oy9yIpwt8vN9 & https://prnt.sc/IzpBQf4yysdK

For example, when using the Brands as the source condition, you need to specify a brand name in the box, then you can add Including and Excluding items under to make that condition work. Never leave these boxes blank. Whatever you put under the empty source won’t be considered to be added to collections properly.

Hi, thanks for reply. If you look at the below image, I’ve specify the product tag with ‘Loftus collection’. However, products that has this tag don’t show in the front end. I’ve tried with other types such as brands, tags, etc and they don’t work either.

The second issue was removing items from the edit collection page doesn’t update it. Adding more items are fine.

When I checked your Loftus Collection page, I saw all these items showed: https://prnt.sc/dl9-TtoyFBb_. There were 8 products with this tag, right?

The basic rule is that users specify at least one tag/category/brand/attribute created publicly under WooCommerce >> Categories/Tags/Brands/Attributes to make it work.

It takes time for our plugin to check the conditions and update the list of items based on the conditions for each collection. So does removing items.

Please make sure you clear the caches and cookies from both your site and browser. You can also check it in an Incognito or Private tab to prevent cookies and caches.

Can you confirm that you’re on this collection page link below? This is because I can’t see any products under this collection page. I’ve tried it on incognito and private browser as well. By the way, how long roughly does the plugin takes to update the list based the condition?

Sorry for the late reply since I waited to make sure that the caches and database are updated properly on your site.

When I checked this link https://woocommerce-1266931-4566814.cloudwaysapps.com/collection/loftus/, it said no products were found matching the selection. However, when I inspected the conditions for this collection, it were empty as well. That might be the reason why no products were added to this collection. Please check and make sure you have saved the conditions properly.

May I ask if you are assuming that when including the two-word tag in the collection, that would work for the one-work tag as well? For your information, our plugin doesn’t base the conditions by combining “loftus” and “collection” in the tag, it only regards products with the exact tag “Loftus collection”. It’s the AND, not the OR.
