This plugin has been awesome as we needed to be able to add “add-ons” to peoples orders.

That said, I have a question.
The website sells mugs. Each product has 17 variations. Although, up until now, this has not affected the PPOM plugin, we have now reached a problem that I am hoping is achievable with PPOM.

One of the mug variations is a travel mug. When a person selects this variation, I want one of the PPOM options to either be removed or disabled (e.g. Gift Box).

Is this possible? If so, please could you assist or point me to a tutorial whereby I can get this done.

    Thanking You!!

  • Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I think you want to show/hide or disable the ppom product option on the base of the above variation selection. If you want this, please contact here [email protected] for finding the solution for you, and this feature needs to customize the code.

    Thanks.

Perhaps I did not explain myself properly.
We need to “hide” a single PPOM option when the user selects a specific variation (i.e. Travel Mug – cannot order a box with it).

So, when a user selects travel mug, we want to ensure they cannot select the PPOM box option.

Is this doable without custom code?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

yes, it can be done with some customization please contact our support for this.
