Conditinal Field group doesn’t work on the last step

So I created a 2-steps multi form. At the first step the user clicks on the radio-bottons.

In the second and last step there are some “Conditional Fields Groups” and the [multiform radio-??] which are passing through from the first step and can be used in the “Conditional Fields” section but in the form are not appeared.

i beleive the problem that the [group]s dont appear is that the js code runs after the submit button. so what should i do or them to appeared in the second-last step, before the Submit button be pressed
