Hi, I’ve just recently installed Hustle and I’m having problems with embedding. I’m using a condition which should display the module in all pages except and I’ve embedded the module in my footer using a shortcode. However, the module still shows up in the pages I’ve specified where it shouldn’t be displayed. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you!

  • Hello @mnjavier

    Hope you’re doing well!

Please make sure the After Content and Widget are deactivated. Please see this screenshot:

If the issue still persists, would you please let us know in detail wish Display Conditions are enabled? Also please share with us a link to your page so we could have a closer look.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

Hi Nastia, thank you for your response. I deactivated both but the module still shows up.
    Here’s a screenshot of the conditions in-use:

I’ve also tried the “Not on specific URL” condition, but no such luck.

I’ve deactivated the footers of other pages for the meantime, aside from this page: https://ravant.co/newsletter. Also, the one that I’m trying to hide is the second one with the “Don’t miss out” message.

    Hello there @mnjavier,
hope you’re doing well today! ??

I just tested that in a site of mine and I was able to reproduce the issue.
Despite the conditional setting, the embed shortcode is still being displayed.
I’ve already created a bug report for our developers so they can address this in a future update. I really can’t provide any estimated time on this, if there’s any hotfix that we could share though, we will keep you posted here.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    Hello there @mnjavier,
hope you’re doing well today! ??

Our developers are already considering how exactly they will enable back the display conditionals for shortcodes, until this is published though, would you be able to use a Widget instead of a Shortcode in the footer of your theme? This should be working well with the display conditionals.
    Please advise!

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

Hi guys, so I understand that you decided to just wholly disable conditionals for shortcodes. Unfortunately, after the update, I had another problem. This time, the embed won’t show up on any product item page at all.

    Hello there @mnjavier,
hope you’re doing well today! ??

As this seems like a different case, could you please create a separate ticket about it?

    Thank you,

We’ve not heard from you in a while in this thread. I’ve marked this ticket as resolved for now, but if you need anything else at all, we’re here for you, please just reopen the ticket or create a new one.

    Have a good day!
