Concurrent Logout Not Redirecting
-
Hi, I found and even purchased the pro version of your great plugin primarily for the ‘restrict concurrent login’ functionality (we need to prevent users from sharing their password and login details with friends which gives them access to protected/paywall content.
We don’t really need or care about the inactive timeout features, the #1 feature we need working is the preventing concurrent login.
It is working beautifully but with one issue. If another browser logs in with the same user, then the previous session gets taken back to the login screen when they try to move around the site. That’s great, but we want to actually TELL THEM why they were logged out, by using your ‘redirect’ feature. We have activated it to redirect to a certain page, but it isn’t working. Does that feature not work with the “concurrent login” setting? IE – is it meant to only redirect on inactive logout, or shouldn’t it also work with the concurrent login prevention active so that we can tell the user that someone else logged in with their credentials and that is why they have been logged out?
Thanks for your help!
Brett
