compression remains at 0%

Hello,

I just got back on shortpixel after 1 year without use and bought a pack of 10,000 images at $ 9.99, but since I installed it last night I started optimizing it remains at 0% compression of images except that behind I see the consumption of my credits decreased yet no image is compressed (Consumed: 2,766; Remaining: 13,234 **)

Could you help me with this?
