    In Performance>Minify>HTML&XML, enable the HTML minify settings: inline JS/CSS minification and also check the box for Line break removal.

    If we use CloudFlare CDN will be any collapse/conflict in double optimization?
    As this forum does not support loading images, please confirm it will not break CloudFlare CDN optimization if we enable just Line break removal?

    I cannot confirm that as it depends on a use case. It is not recommended to use double optimization. If you are using Minify on both it may cause conflict. You can try to disable HTML minify in Cloudflare and enable it in W3 Total Cache and select Line break removal.
