Compress JS, CSS and Photos in Child Theme

Hello,

I’m working on this website here https://www.singleboerse.de using the Jupiter Child Theme. I used the Autoptimize, EWWW Optimizer and W3 Total Cache plugins. After configuring all the settings, there are some JS, CSS and Photos that I can’t minify or compress. The errors that I’m getting on Google Pagespeed are to Remove Render-Blocking JavaScript, Optimize CSS, Leverage Browser Caching, Minify JavaScript and Optimize Images. The child theme only has a Style.css file attached to it. How can I compress the JS, Optmize the images and minify the JS? And is there a way to do it manually?
