Compress Images

    i have big problem whit this perfect plugin.my website have 2000 album and 9800 photo it,s big… and i use cloudflare & W3 Total Cache for speed site and evry page opened so fast. but WP Photo Album Plus make problem :
    Specify image dimensions
    Combine images using CSS sprites
    Compress Images
    Opening speed reduces website.Is there an option in the settings options for solving these problems?
    Most importantly, compresses the image,Photo Album with no plug-ins not compressed.i use photo 640×480 size to all album.Please advise how low my size photos.Do I need a special plugin?

    A link please so i can see how big the images are now.

    You should ‘Resize on opload’ ( Table I-A2 ) and set the size ( 640 x 480 ) in Table I-A3.

    If you did not have that yet, it will work for new photo uploads only, but if you have the sources available ( see Table IX-H1 and 2 ), you can re-create the display files of the current photos at 640*480 in Table VIII-A11.

    Further: Install plugin EWWW Image Optimizer and tick the box in Table IX-D17. Do this BEFORE running Table VIII-A11.

    Do you mean that the first run EWWW Image Optimizer after run Table IX-D17 ?

    You do not need to run EWWW, it is called from within wppa, just install and activate, Tick IX-D17, THEN remake the files in wppa ( VIII-A11 ) and wppa will use the EWWW feature. As simple as can be.

    Additionally, if image quality is not very important, you could lower the jpeg quality in Table IX-A2 to reduce filesize. Do not go lower than 70.

    i do all at yot told me but i have problem Compress Images ,i don’t know how fix it!!!
    but tanks for all your tips.

    I also use ewww image optimizer.

    This works for me.

    In the Advanced Settings tab where it asks what Folders to optimize, add the locations of the wppa images.

    …./wp-content/uploads/wppa/
    …./wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/images/

    Under your Media tab select Bulk Optimize and then Optimize Everything Else.
