Comprehensive, user-friendly, smart!

The basic feature set is great. I bought the $12 Advanced Targeting extension to allow my popup to appear after a visitor has been on at least 3 pages, which means I now have the exact bahaviour I needed for very little money. With most free WP plugins you get what you pay for, but the creators of Popup Builder have gone above and beyond expectation to create a real gem of a plugin.
