Compounding Discounts

I need to apply a category discount and a wholesale discount.The problem is that both of these discounts are taken off the original price. I need the wholesale discount taken from the category discount.

For example:
Let’s say I have a $100 product. A 50% category discount and a 50% wholesale discount.
What currently happens:
100-(100*.5)-(100*.5) = 0
What I need:
100*.5*.5 = 25

Is there an option for this?
