Compound interest not added to user account

    Greetings sir,
    I just installed mycred plugin and I love it. It has the features I need.
    I have activated the banking Adon and I also set up the compound interest to compound daily and also pay out daily after a day I checked but the points users has didn’t increase.
    Please help me to solve this problem sir

    Thank you for contacting us, Compound interest is in values like “0.001” so whenever it becomes of value equals to the “1” point it will be available to payout.

    I am testing it on one of my site.
    My interest rate is 50% per day. Let say a user has 1000 points, I thought it will increase to 1500 the next day.

    The Compound interest calculations work on Annually basis also The Compound Interest service allows you to pay out interest on your user’s points balances. Interest is compounded daily and you can select if you want to payout weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually but it calculates the compound interest on an annual basis.
