Composite Products VS Paypal Express

  • Hey guys,

    Smart Composite Products doesnt seem to work out of the box with paypal EXPRESS (so the one-click-checkout function of paypal which is right on the product page). When items are added on the product page via composite products, only the main item price is forwarded to paypal express. Is the a fix for this issue?

    Maybe there is another paypal plugin, that offers “one-click-checkout” via paypal and works with smart composite?

    Hi @traudel ,

    For your information, our plugin is not compatible with some payment plugins when they do not accept negative amount to be used in the checkout. Since our plugin uses a negative amount to offer a fixed total sale price for the composites that have Only base price and Include base price methods, this causes a critical error in checking out with some plugins.

    You can kindly test out some other payment methods to find a better choice for your site. We only keep a list of incompatibility plugin with reported errors/bugs so it’s difficult for us to suggest any compatible ones.
