    Hi @fredcavender ,

The image that shows only the main composite with no sub-product list is the right functionality of our plugin. From your image, I assume that you have chosen to Hide component products on cart and checkout pages but still listed their name under the main composite.

This order is somehow distorted so both were shown: https://www.screencast.com/t/zJVVAdFOT5xJ

For your issue, I suggest that you should spend some more time to observe when and where (desktop or mobile device) it happened. This could provide some clues about which is interfering with the functionality of our plugin.

    Best regards.

Thanks for your quick reply. Actually what I need is for the product to appear in the order since I need the SKU for each one for delivery… can I make this the default functionnality or are your saying this shouldn’t even be happening ?

    Hi @fredcavender ,

If you would like to display the list of component products in the order detail, you can go to the plugin setting to choose No for this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/iZlt23Bb.

Then on cart, checkout or order detail, the information will be always fully displayed with both composite and components inside.

You can read our documentation for more information about other settings: https://doc.wpclever.net/wooco/faqs/question-11-how-to-hide-component-products-in-mini-cart-cart-checkout-page/

    Best regards.

    Hi @fredcavender ,

did you end up resolving this? I opened a topic for it too and have been told that it’s not this plugin, however after trying workarounds problem keeps happening, meaning it’s definitely this plugin.

Wondering if your outcome was any different.

    Hi @dancemambo

No resolved per say. I ended up just setting “hide components” to No and styling them in CSS to work in my Cart. Not exactly what I wanted but at least it’s stable.

Sorry if that doesn’t help !
