• Hello!
    We are using the plugin WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce last release to offer gift wrapping to our customers, where the customer can choose for some products to place, not all of them.
    The option for cart and checkout is Package name + component name, but in some few cases (we couldn’t understand why) it happens that only the name of the package appears in the checkout and order without any of the components chosen by the customer, which prevents us from delivering the package as intended by the customer.
    Is this a known problem or has this ever happened to anyone?
    There is a solution? Something to check so that it doesn’t happen?

    I’ve checked the site and added components to the cart, I find the composite name and component name shown normally without any issue. https://imgur.com/a/k977irE

    I also encounter the same problem, when the compound is added to the cart the components are not shown.

    Hi @woodypad,

    Pls update to our plugin to the latest version WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce 4.0.8 then clear both your site and browser’s caches and cookies
    After that, you can go to the general settings of our plugin and set up like below screenshot to show components in the cart

    I already had the latest version of the plugin 4.0.8.
    I did the procedure you indicated, cleared the cache of the site and the browser, then in the general settings of the plug-in I set it as per your screenshot. But nothing changes.
    I also tried with three different browsers.
    Crome, safari and Firefox.
