    Hello

I’m trying your plugin but I do have some issues.
I have an online store with a few clothiing products, they are not many, but they have a base “kit” structure. My client sells graduated students uniforms, for both female and male.

The base kit for woman, lets say, has a skirt, shirt, and coat. This could be 1 product with variations, but I want the client to choose each element size individually. Skirt an S, shirt an S, coat an M, for example.

Now, I installed your plugin and choose the option clothing, and it made a huge amount of sample products with a hundred categories. This is trash, because I need to delete them all (they are of no use to me).

How can I setup your plugin for this case? If it works.

    Thank you

I now realized your plugin is not the one for our needs, so I tried to remove it.
I have an error, and can’t remove the plugin.

    I appreciate some help.

    Hello @msdesignfoto,

Those data are for the sample only and are general. And to make it easier for our users we are planning to provide a remove option to remove all the sample data on a button click.
    I understand your inconvenience.

Please create a category for the Type of the clothe like Topwear, Bottowear, Suit, and Gender. And please note that even though pair maker supports two categories but with the help of one of our extensions you will be able to connect more than two categories and I will help you with that.

Assign those categories appropriately to your products and then start configuring the plugin from the Configuration tab by assigning the base category for the steps.

Please try configuring the plugin as mentioned above and if stuck at any point then feel free to ask for help.

As well as please note that our plugin had a UI/UX interface and experience (pair maker) designed for the clothing category, I request you to once take a look at our pair maker demo in case you have not yet.

    Thanks

    Thank you for the reply.

Meanwhile I had to remove the plugin because it was not quite what our client needed. And to remove the plugin, I had to go use File Manager in cpanel to delete its folder. Maybe you could check that out to prevent issues with other users? The error given was a generic critical error by WordPress without much detail.

    Cheers
