Hello, just updated to your latest version from WordPress. And then the website was not available and see this error in the browser –

Fatal error: Class ‘ComposerAutoloaderInit13064d501c9384f4cb1cf8a4419dc55a’ not found in /home2/shopinth/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp-pro/vendor/autoload_52.php on line 7

So, I downloaded the master from github….and website still not available..just a white screen.

I’ve temporarily renamed the plugin so the site is accessible again. What would you suggest please?

    Thanks

    Hi Tosca,

That is very weird as it is obviously not happening to us or any others, as far as I know so far.

Can you please try performing a manual update to the latest version by following the steps outlined in this article: https://mc4wp.com/kb/manually-updating-latest-version/ .

Looking at the error message, it looks like you’re a premium customer so please feel free to send an email to [email protected] so we can assist in this. ??

Hope that helps. If not, let me know!

I’ve already done the manual upgrade and still the error. I have just emailed you. Thanks

I came to this thread because of a similar error with another plugin. The status “resolved” gave me hope that there would be some information as to the how it got resolved.

    Unfortunately…

    Hi blamedutchie,

Your best bet is to email the developer of the plugin, most likely something went wrong in his release process. That’s what was the case for the issue this topic was opened for.
