Hello. I use Filebird version 5.1.1, however, when I try to update the plugin to version 5.1.2, I get the following error message on a white screen: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 7.4.0”.

I use php 7.3. Does this mean that the plugin is not compatible with this version? I had to go back to version 5.1.1 to be able to reuse my site.

It’s the first time I have this kind of problem.

I’ve just performed a test on a 7.3 php staging version of my web site, which is not on my servers, but on BlogVault’s servers (a backup and staging service), and the error persists in the stagging. When I upload the Filebird 5.1.2 file and having activated it, the above mentioned error occurs as well.

I created a new staging version of my site on the BlogVault servers, this time in php version 7.4, and in this version, Filebird 5.1.2 could be successfully activated without any errors.

Does this mean Filebird no longer works on php 7.3 versions?

I was worried because I paid for filebird PRO version so I was scared. But as you said that a new version will be released that is compatible with previous versions of php, I will be waiting. Thank you!
