Compose Window giving problems

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

Thanks for the suggestion. The problem persists even when all plugins are deactivated and when the Twenty Ten theme is active. Any other suggestions?

Just did that by installing the Memory Bump plugin. Doesn’t work :$

Memory Bump is already part of core in WP 3.0. You need to try one of the other methods.

Your suggestion about increasing the memory gave me the idea that there could be memory problems with the PC i was using. I switched to a different machine and voila! no more crashing.
