Unfortunately, this isn’t something that we can provide a code snippet for. To adjust this behavior, there would either need to be a new plugin created or a modification in the core WP Job Manager plugin.
I’d recommend reaching out to a developer to see if they can build a solution for this. We recommend this source for finding developers:
