Complicated interface, overpriced upgrade

Painful to work with – requires an external program to create sliders. Why not do all work in the plug-in? Interface is confusing and hard to understand. The business edition is over priced. When I tried to install it, my anti-virus program indicated it might be malware. Asked for a refund – company refused.
