    Suddenly the plugin freezes the website after a while, so that a purchase is not possible anymore (you cannot enter data, no scrolling possible, etc.)

    After deactivation of the plugin everything runs smooth again.

    Hi @ewerkstatt,

    Can we see the page in question with the Complianz plugin activated, so that we’re able to check the behavior?

    It could be that Complianz blocks one of the scripts that other elements on the page rely on, causing unexpected behavior as a result. If we can see the ‘affected’ page, that would help determine the culprit.

    We found out that the freeze occurs due to the common usage of GTM4WP with complianz. It works fine, if only one of these two plugins is active.

    The shop is build with complex plugins, it uses a lot of additional stuff.

    Hi @ewerkstatt,

    If you can start on the staging site and try disabling GTM4WP integration first. If that doesn’t work, enabling safe mode under settings.

    In our GTM4WP integration, there’s mostly back-end configuration to check option in both plugins. On the front-end it should be a simple run off custom events and GTM4WP datalayers.

    Let me know about the staging URL, and which page so I can check what the issue might be. Thanks regards Aert
