Hello, first of all I want to thank you for your work and effort to develop this great plugin.

I’ve been working on the settings for a week and I can’t get Google Analytics to work.

I have followed the manual to configure it for GDPR: https://complianz.io/how-to-configure-google-analytics-for-gdpr/

In the plugin wizard I have marked:
    – I have visitors from Germany: Yes.
    – You collect statistics: Yes with Google Analytics.
    – More information: the three checkboxes of acceptance of start, do not share data and anonymous IP are marked.
    – Request consent for statistics: Yes.
    – Do you want Complianz configure statistics: Yes
    – Added my Google Analytics tracking code.

When I check, I do not see any tracking code and from the Google Analytics dashboard it tells me that it is not working.

I use WP Rocket as a cache plugin.

Could you point out that I may be doing wrong please?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi @angelalbiach,

Is the wizard finished, and without open fields? Please check the wizard, Finish, and try to hit Finish again.

    regards Aert

Hello, thank you for your quick reply.

I have run the wizard quite a few times, going through all the steps and ending with no fields left unfilled.

On the last screen of the wizard the title is “All steps have been completed” and the button I click says “finish and check the cookie banner settings”

Right now, I just finished the wizard again.

On the Desktop screen of the plugin it says that the progress is 100% and that my site is ready for the selected regions.

Do you need any more information?

    Regards.

    Hi @angelalbiach,

Do you have safe mode enabled by any chance (under settings)? Otherwise, we have to debug a couple of things,

Yes, it had been active after the last tests.
I have already deactivated it, I have run the wizard again and now the three google cookies appear in the detection process.

I have finished the wizard and now it works perfectly.

I have to congratulate you on the great support service you offer.

My problem is solved, thank you very much.

    Regards.
