    Complianz does not display on Firefox with Version 6.1.6.1
    no matter where it is installed

    Hi @philapho,

    I just checked your site on firefox, the Complianz banner shows up normally. Do you maybe have an ad blocker, or other add on in Firefox active, or possibly Do Not Track enabled?

    If you disable these, and clear your browser cache, it should work normally.

    Ad blockers often block cookie banners, as they already block tracking. And if Do Not Track is active, the plugin does not show the banner, as it’s assumed the user doesn’t want to be tracked, so no banner is needed anyway.

    I just reinstalled my whole computer,
    and I must admit I forgot to disable the ad blockers…

    Sorry we don’t always think of everything
