    Hi,

I installed Complianz on website https://ms-duha.cz/, but almost whole plugin is in English (rest of website is in czech language).

My user is set to czech language, WordPress site is in czech language. I manually added czech language of plugin into FTP file which contains languages for plugins, but nothing changed…

How can I fix this problem? Im out of ideas.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tonydulava,

The language files are downloaded from www.remarpro.com. Can you check if the files are available for download? Go to WordPress Dashboard – Updates, and see if there are translation files are available for download.

    Let me know, regards Aert

I already did that. I have newest versions of language files. None are available.

    Hi @tonydulava,

Are the Wizard texts also still displayed in English, or does this just apply to the Cookie Banner texts?

If the Wizard is still in English while you do have both Site and User Language set to Czech, I suspect that you do not have the latest Czech translation files yet. Please find the latest Czech translation files attached on this WeTransfer link, upload the .po and .mo files to the /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder on your server.

If you had already replaced your Czech translation files for Complianz with the latest versions, and it’s just the Cookie Banner that is still displayed in English, navigate to Complianz > Cookie Banner and click “Reset to default” once, which will now revert the banner texts to it’s Czech defaults.

    Kind regards, Jarno
