Complianz blocks VideoRev Video-Player from loading

    Hello, with Complianz enabled the VideoRev Videoplayer is blocked from loading. Theres also an error in the Browser-Console. When cookies are accepted the video player spins forever but does not load the video. When the site is refreshed the video then loads. This happens on each page with a video – e.g. here: https://mesleepy.com/sleep-sounds/fan-and-thunderstorm-sounds/

    We have disabled all complianz integrations but the error persists. What must we do here?

    Thank you for your message.

    I am able to reproduce the error you’ve described, it seems the error in the console disappears on the refresh and thus I think you’d have to whitelist the VideoRev script in our script center to ensure it isn’t being touched at all by our prior-blocking mechanism. Of course, this is no legal advice and merely a technical method to get the video player to work.
