Compliance with Compianz plugin

    Hi,
    I am using Burst statistics together with you complianz plugin.
    What I notice is that when loading the site, the visit is aleady counted. I am not convinced that after clicking only the necessarry cookies, the visits are no longer counted.
    I also think that the first load/visit should not be counted.
    Should I make additional configuration changes to compianz after I have installed the bust statistics?

    Hoi Arjen,

    As the statistics are tracked anonymously, there’s currently no need to specifically ask for consent unless you’re targeting the United Kingdom. In that case, Complianz will automatically handle this for you as well.

    If you don’t want to place a cookie before consent, you can activate ‘Cookieless tracking’ in Burst. After consent, Burst will add a cookie because tracking with a cookie is more accurate for determining unique visitors.
