Complex user roles for Elementor and custom fields

  • We need a number of user roles for our website. Some basic roles are okay, but for some specific roles I think we need some complex programming.

    User role 1

    Same as the editor role, but without the option to edit Elementor templates. The users can edit all other post types with Elementor, add new pages and posts, etc. They have access to custom post types.

    User role 2

    Same as the role above, with with restricted access. The users only have access to the posts where a custom field (rol_dep) is set to this user role / department. The users can’t add new posts and pages, only edit.

    Is this something that is possible with this plugin, or do we need custom work?
