Is there any way to set up complex recurring events using the Tri.be Events Calendar?

For example, if a client of mine is a theater. They put on the same show every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, at 7:00 PM on Thursday and Friday and 6:00 PM on Saturday.

Is there any way to set up those kind of complex rules using the Tri.be Events Calendar, or would my client just need to create unique events for each time a show starts?

We could go the paid plugin route if that was necessary too.

    Thanks!

    Howdy revxx14,

That is totally possible with the PRO plugin. You could use the “Recurring Events” feature to setup a recurrences for any days of the week. The only issue is they would all have to be at the same time. But it sounds like your Friday event might be at 6pm instead of 7pm, so you would actually need to do 2 recurring events. One set for Thursday and Friday, and another for the different time on Saturday. Checkout the PRO plugin and it’s various features for more info: Events Calendar PRO

    Cheers!

I am still unable to use Event Calendar Pro even though I have created and installed a WordPress site at https://eventpac.org/wordpress/. There is no provision for me to add my license key.

    Hi there @cedbo1!

It sounds like your issue is different than what was reported in this thread. In the future, will you please open a new thread for questions? Also, we have a support forum specifically for PRO customers here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/

If you have The Events Calendar PRO installed and activated, you should see a tab to input your license key at Events > Settings > Licenses. If you’re not seeing that, hit us up in the PRO forums and we’d be happy to help you out. ??

    Cheers!
    Geoff
