Complex calculations and conditions

    I want to create a reservation form that has complex calculations. Here are my challenges and questions:
    1. Arrival and departure dates to calculate the difference for number of nights. Then calculate rate based on number of nights AND arrival date nightly amount. If less than 7 nights add cleaning fee. Selection boxes for add-on services. Sum rate, fees, add-ons, calculate taxes and display total. Submit form goes to second part of form for other information. Submission takes to my secure shopping cart for credit card info.
    2. I have JS with a lot of IF THEN conditions, etc. to do most of the work but was wondering if this is possible? Are there limits to what JS can be included by this plugin?
    3. Ultimately I would like to be able to pull data for rates, fees, taxes, etc. from a database to calculate everything from.

    Based on the description it sounds like it might be doable but I wanted to ask first.
