From what I gather, you are inquiring if a given value, of a product variation attribute, can be included in the product’s URL.

Based on my testing, using the latest version of WooCommerce, and the storefront theme, this is not possible with the out-of-the-box functionality. A screenshot showcasing this can be found linked here.
