    Hi,

I’m setting up a multilingual site with polylang, using the default twentyten theme. I copied the spanish .po and .mo files for twentyten into wp-content/languages, and most of the strings are being translated, but not all of them. I’ve tried locating the missing strings in twentyten.pot, adding them to the .po file, and using msgfmt to rebuild the .mo file, but this doesn’t seem to work.

    Can anyone help with this?

    The site is at: https://elembrujo.highfellow.org/

The lines I added to es_ES.po are as follows:

    # CHANGE: These lines added by Andy
    msgid "<span class=\"%1$s\">Posted in</span> %2$s"
    msgstr "<span class=\"%1$s\">Enviado en</span> %2$s"

    #: loop-attachment.php:104 loop.php:115 loop.php:143 functions.php:248
    msgid "Continue reading <span class=\"meta-nav\">&rarr;</span>"
    msgstr "Siga Leyendo <span class=\"meta-nav\">&rarr;</span>"

Neither of these strings are being translated, as you can see here:

The theme translation files must be uploaded in the theme directory, not in wp-content/languages.

For Twenty Ten, you must upload them in wp-content/themes/twentyten/languages.

    Updated translation are available here
