Excellent Plugin! Even Better Customer Service!

thanks for your message, I really appreciate the time you took to write us. Especially considering the frustration our plugin seems to have caused you!

I quickly reviewed your account and I can see (as you can as well via your optimization report) that we processed over 200 images from your site.
I am not sure what your expectations were but for most of our clients the 100 free image optimization credits/month are enough.

I would appreciate your insights on this as they’ll help us improve our product.

After speaking with the good people at ShortPixel I would like to say that you can’t do better for Customer service than these people..

I deeply regret leaving such a harsh review of the product. If a moderator can help me with changing my review I would be very grateful. I would give it 4 stars. Withholding the last star for lack of a version that accepts a one-time payment.

I was frustrated by the fact that I was unable to fully test this addon because of the image limitation on the demo version.

My review does not do justice to this plugin. It is actually a very good product. It does everything that it says that it does.

If for any reason the author of this plugin releases a PRO version of this addon that accepts a obne time payment rather than a monthly payment I doubt that I could find a better tool to optimize what will soon be thousands of images.
