    I’m a pretty advaced user, but it seems to be impossible in the free version to get email notifications. Customers submitted forms, but they never arrived. You need to login to WP backend and constantly check if someone submitted a form.
    Looking into the tutorials there are screenshots which look completely different and locations which aren’t existing in the backend at all.
    By far the worst experience I ever made with a form plugin in more than 10 yeears working with WP.

    In the future if you run into issues with any plugin, it’s much appreciated by the team if you reach out before adding a 1 star review. Our team has been working very hard on getting 5 star reviews, and it’s quite demoralizing when a poor review is posted that may not even be for our product.

    Can you please respond so we can get to the bottom of this?
