I’ve used this plugin in the past to remove data left over from plugins that I couldn’t find or didn’t have the time to search through my db. It works really well.

the garbage collector plugin doesnt work for this plugin.

If anyone still needs a fix to this.

Install the “User Role Editor” plugin.

Under the settings of the plugin, go to tools and click on reset. This will reset all users to core wordpress.

P.S This solution has removed the shop manager role under my user options.
