    Hi @tayfunkazanci

Can you try these steps to clear the Jetpack options from your database?

    1. Install and activate this plugin to remove the Jetpack data from your database: https://github.com/automattic/jetpack-addons/archive/add/jp-rm-options.zip
    2. Check to make sure this plugin is now deactivated and deleted from your site, since it performed its job.

Let us know how that goes.

hello my supporter left me this note

I guess this plugin is works like this.
    -Install plugin
    -Activate plugin
-plugins deleted the jetpack remaining files automatically
    -plugins delete it self automatically.
you may need to ask their support regarding this

    is this true?

I’m not sure I follow your supporter’s request, but it sounds like they’re describing what the plugin does that Bruce recommended, yes.

Please give it a try and let us know if that helps. Thanks!
