Completely stopped working – disappeared

    I recently noticed that all the options that were added to my products on my site have disappeared. When i logged into the backend, I saw few things.

    1. Important: Please run WooCommerce updater before using WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options. So, I run the update and get the message: WooCommerce data update complete. Thank you for updating to the latest version! However, the earlier message remains.

    2. Looking at my plugins, I have the message There is a new version of WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options available. View version 4.5.2 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.
    Download new version from CodeCanyon or register the plugin to receive automatic updates. I had purchased this product in February of 2016. My support seems to have ended. Does this mean I cannot download a newer version? I did download the version on your website again, but it has the exact same name as the plugin I downloaded over a year ago. I tried to install it anyways, but I get the error that the plugin already exists.

    3. Even though the plugin does ask for an update, should it have stopped working? I don’t see a link anywhere where I can register the plugin for automatic updates. There is no link to TM Global Extra Product Options under the Dashboard > product area. It’s like it just disappeared.

    I hope I did not lose everything? How do I get this working again please?
