Completely stopped working and I dont know why please help!

  • I really love this plugin it worked great as soon as I installed it but now I have come to implement it properly on the site it doesnt seem to work. I’m not sure if it is because my wordpress installation automatically updated last night or what. The issue is that when i enter an address at checkout the calculator only used that address to work with and will not allow another address to be entered, it just shows the same price or states there is no shipping option available. When i change the address in checkout it changes the focus to that address. In conclusion it is only calculating the address that is entered at checkout but this is not helpful as id like people to be able to calculate shipping before getting to checkout.

    Hi,

    No one is facing such issue so this is due to conflict with some other plugin in your website deactivate all other plugin and only keep woocommerce and this plugin active and then run the test and once it start working go on activating other plugin one by one

    I have deactivated all the plugins apart from woocommerce and the issue still occurs ive got it down to the fact that it relies on the street address field how do I make woocommerce dependant on just zip\post codes. I know its not your job but im just desperate for a little advice

    The pop-up works fine just the calculator is it a confliction with Elementor do i have to disable something?

    ive managed to get it working on desktop but no im having the issue where the notice that displays your shipping zone and price doesnt show on mobile

    Your theme is having a 2 different section for add to cart button for mobile and desktop it is hiding the desktop one for mobile and due to that the calculator is get hidden for the mobile

    plugin allows you to insert the calculator using shortcode as well so you can insert the calculator using shortcode on some other position in product product page that is visible for desktop and mobile both

    Configure the plugin on shortcode mode (as shown in below screenshot)

    and then use shortcode ?[pi_shipping_calculator]
