    My company paid for the $99/yr pro version of WP Block Slider about a month ago. We never received a confirmation email. There is no account that has been created for my company. We can’t even log in. I’ve emailed them for support twice through the website with no response. It’s not just like stealing, it is stealing. This feels like a scam. Buyer beware.

    Sorry for any inconvenience if you haven’t received the email. Just to make it clear we use Freemius for payment and delivering the paid version. Can you confirm me your email that you used at the time of checkout and I will check that.

    Hi Munir – thank you for your response. I didn’t receive the confirmation email nor was there an account created under [email protected]. The bigger issue here though is that I submitted TWO support tickets directly through your website and never received a response to those either. I’ve spoken with my dev team and they’ve decided that even if your plugin might be good, it’s clearly not very well supported – and that’s a dealbreaker. Please refund my payment in full and cancel the subscription. Thank you.
