Completely replace content

  • I’m building two sister sites for a client. I’ve redone all categories as I want them so now would like to export categories and posts to the sister site. The only problem is that this site already has content. If I bring in this content via an XML file, will the new content replace the existing content or will I have duplicate content. How do I delete the existing content before I bring the new content in.
