    They Said you could search the contents of the PDF file on their site.
    It DOES NOT
    I wanted to get my money back… they have a “FULL 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” and did not honor that…. and guess what… I disputed the charge with PayPal and PayPal did not refund me… and when you go to their site, they have completely cleansed any verbiage to do with PDF files…. hmmmmm pretty shady??
    This is a very pedestrian plugin
    Very bad service
    Did Not honour their “FULL 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”
    Beware out there… these guys are not nice to deal with at all… SCAM

    We do process refunds for the premium version of this plugin according to our refund policy and we have done it several times for our customers who met refund policy conditions fully.

    Unfortunately, you didn’t meet the refund policy conditions that we have already communicated to you, therefore, you didn’t get a refund.

    You disputed the charge with PayPal so we submitted all the communication and proofs to them which they agreed and didn’t refund you.

    We didn’t cleanse anything on the site and you can always check it with the tools such as Wayback Machine.

    Nothing is Mis-represented
    We have genuine Money Back Guarantee
    Where is SCAM?

    Yeah, the refund policy is very limited. I’m afraid to buy this type of plugin.

    @alve39 It would be helpful for me to improve If you tell me what type of refund policy you expect.
