completely broken with php-8.x

  • No longer works at all with php-8.x (8.0, 8.1, etc). Fails to connect to the postgres database with tons of errors:

    Automatic fetching of PostgreSQL connection is deprecated

    Seems like this software is no longer being maintained by anyone?

    I was able to fix all the deprecation warnings, but wordpress still acts as if the original database doesn’t exist, and sends me to the wp-admin/install.php UI instead. I’m not finding any errors anywhere to explain why this isn’t working.
