Multiple problems including not recognising pinterest business account. Plus constantly having to reinstall it to get it to produce a data feed. Not pulling condition down and having to manually enter this. Pinterest not able to access data source.

Honestly the worst plugin we have ever used. And the annoying thing is ….. it was perfectly fine before your latest update. I really wish we hadn’t done the update!

    Hi @mrsibrahim,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having such issues after updating. This is unusual, and it’d be worth troubleshooting to learn more and fix it. In the meantime, you could use the WP Rollback plugin to go back to the previous version of Pinterest for WooCommerce to make sure your site remains operational first and foremost.

Can you give this a try and let us know if it works for you? After that, if it’s possible for you to set up a staging environment where you can safely update and try the latest version, we could help you troubleshoot any issues there. You can ask your hosting if they offer staging functionality, or you can use a plugin like WP Staging.

    Kindly let us know.
