    How do I raise a ticket please? I need to find out what is going on here as I am losing a lot of money daily with this not working.

    I hope you’re doing great. This is Nazmul Ahsan, the founder of CoDesigner. I came across this thread and thought to jump in.

    As our support rep @nazifa19 mentioned, your problem is related to the pro version of the plugin and you should have used our dedicated support channel for paying customers. You can find a dark-blue live chat button/icon at the bottom-right section of our website.

    Please reach out there and one of our technical support reps will get back to you.

    By the way, it looks like you deactivated the free version of the plugin and only have the pro version activated. Just to let you know, you need to have both the plugins activated.

    Anyway, please reach out to our support. I hope we can get this sorted soon.
