@1xxooxx you are correct. There was a problem with the upload to the WordPres.org server, but it should be correct now if you redownload.

Thanks for the work. I just downloaded and activated the 1.5.6 version. tweets coming in again as comments ??

    Ben,

Is 1.5.6 ok? I just installed it from www.remarpro.com and it’s crashing my site.

    skribe

@ben Thanks for updating the plugin, I’ve noticed that your .git files are still in the includes dir. Meant that it threw an error when I trying to commit it to my repo. Probably not causing anyone else issue but thought you should know.

I have had this plugin for a quite a while and just had an alert:

“Twitter Mentions as Comments: Twitter Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are missing.”

    It is version 1.5.6

I re-entered them and everything seems to be OK – just thought I would let you know in case thekey and the secret should not have disappeared.

    CrlyWrly

I get the big red error: “Twitter Mentions as Comments: Twitter Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are missing.”

Then I go to the plugin settings and add them. It says it saves the settings, but it doesnt. I am running the plugins current version (1.5.6 just updated.)

I just tried to install the latest version (1.5.6) and get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/79/8678779/html/wp-content/plugins/twitter-mentions-as-comments/twitter-mentions-as-comments.php on line 110

    Any help appreciated! Thanks

I’m having the same problem, and I’m running PHP 5.4.14 on amycavender.org.

The plugin appears to install correctly, but when I try to network activate, I get the following: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/cavender/public_html/wp-content/plugins/Twitter-Mentions-as-Comments-master/twitter-mentions-as-comments.php on line 110

    Any suggestions?

Same here, I had to delete the plugin via ssh. ??

Does this version work with php 5.2?
