Hi Missweblash, I’m sorry to hear that! This means that the plugin managed to activate, but it caused an error now that it is activated.
The fastest way to get your website back up and running is by getting to your WordPress files. Either use FTP, or if you have hosting with cPanel, the File Manager in cPanel.
Next, find the plugins directory at wp-content/plugins
. Rename the folder of the current plugin (gravity-forms-recently-viewed-products
) to something else, so WordPress won’t be able to load it. Now your website should be back up and running.
Then, let’s figure out why this happened in the first place. Do you know where to find the error logs of this website? There should be an error listed there with details on why the plugin broke. Please post back here, or in the support forum so we can sort this out!
Cheers,
Mike
