    I did this: Processed a live test transaction. Paid via credit card through Stripe.

    I expected WP e-Commerce to do this: Transfer me to the Transaction Results page with a success message. The page exists and the status is “Published.”

    Instead it did this: Sent me back to checkout page where I received the message “Oops, there is nothing in your cart.”

    I did receive the email transaction confirmation and it looked fine.

  • The gold cart you are using is not compatible with the WPEC version.
    get the latest gold cart version.

    Thank you. I’m now running Gold Cart 2.9.7.6 and having the same issue.

    Firebug shows a very odd error for your checkout page, which will probably be the root cause:

    Hmmm, good catch, unfortunately that didn’t fix the issue. Someone had an analytics code on the page for some reason…

    So, so far I’ve upgraded to the current versions of all plugins and fixed an error on the checkout page. Still not being directed to the transaction results page.
